In this book I write about fly fishing for Atlantic salmon, Eastern brook trout and Arctic char, all of which are primary species in Newfoundland and Labrador.  The techniques are proven through years of experience and the tips would be helpful for beginner or expert in learning some simple yet often-overlooked ways to raise and catch these fish.

Fly Fishing Tips and Tactics

Through the years I’ve enjoyed numerous outdoor experiences which stuck in my mind as being truly enjoyable or memorable — and worth sharing with other outdoor lovers.  The book consists of about half hunting short stories and half fishing short stories, from a simple “boil-up” at streamside during a fishing trip to sitting in a tree stand hunting black bears with a bow.
